The chicken is marinated by injection before it goes into the broaster, so the seasoning reaches through the meat rather than sitting on the surface. Pressure-frying — the same broast method used across the menu — seals in moisture while giving the skin a light crust, and the injection step adds noticeably more juiciness than our regular Chicken Broast. Order the base Injected Broast for a standard cut, or add a chest piece for PKR 50 more if you prefer white meat. Every order comes fresh from the Burns Road kitchen.
